Become Liquidity Providers 🔄

Being liquidity providers have the same impermanent loss as in Uniswap v3, but you only need to provide quote tokens initially and may need to provide pre-market assets after the TGE.

Add Liquidity (i.e., LP)

1. Enter the Liquidity Tab: Navigate to the ‘Liquidity’ tab on the Bubbly Finance platform.

   
2. Select a Pool: Choose the pool in which you want to provide liquidity.

3. Set the Price Range: Specify the price range for providing liquidity. You can select predefined ranges around the current price or customize your own range.

   
4. Deposit Liquidity: Enter the amount of pre-market assets and quote tokens you wish to provide liquidity.

   
5. Review Your LP Information: Carefully review the details of your liquidity position, including the potential yields and risks.

6. Approve Tokens: Approve the transaction by allowing the platform to access your tokens.

7. Confirm Liquidity Addition:

   • Confirm your decision to add liquidity to the selected pool.

   • You only need to deposit a specific amount of quote tokens first and may provide pre-market assets after the TGE. For detailed mechanisms, see MLMM

   
8. Check Your Position: See your liquidity position on the Bubbly Finance dashboard to ensure everything is correct and claim your yields.

Withdraw Liquidity

If you are a liquidity provider on Bubbly Finance, you can close withdraw the liquidity position at any time before pre-market assets delivery.

1. Navigate to the ‘Liquidity’ tab on Bubbly Finance.

2. Select Your Pool: Choose the pool where you provided liquidity.

3. Click the Withdraw Liquidity Button: Initiate the withdrawal process by clicking the ‘Withdraw Liquidity’ button.

4. Preview and Approve: Preview the liquidity withdrawal details and approve the LP.

5. Confirm Withdrawal: Confirm your decision to withdraw your LP.

Two Scenarios When Withdrawing LP:

Current price is different from the LP's initial price:

1. Similar to Uniswap v3, LPs always passively trade with buyers or sellers.

   • When the current price is lower than the LP's initial price, the LP passively buys pre-market assets.

   • When the current price is higher than the LP's initial price, the LP passively sells pre-market assets.

2. In this case, the LP will passively buy or sell. So, after withdrawing your LP, you will get a buy or sell position.

3. You will need to complete delivery upon TGE.

Current price is the same as the LP's initial price：

1. In this case, the LP does not passively trade. So, after withdrawing your LP, you will receive the tokens directly in your wallet, with the amount equal to what you initially provided.
